Here you can download all versions of the N_electronics control software:

- 18/03/2014: Second version, don’t install this before installing dependencies at the bottom of the “installation” page. 140318 oven_v1.2 ENG.

1. Save the file in your computer and decompress it using Winrar.

2. Double click Setup.exe file. The program will be installed.

3. The program will start automatically after installation.

4. You can find the installed program in “Start–> All programs–> Microsoft –> PCB_OVEN_v1.2″.

NOTE: Once you have installed everything and before starting for the first time a soldering cycle, go to the “Configuration” tab and select the folder where you would like to save the soldering logs. If this is not done, the program will return an error when starting a new soldering cycle.

Recommended initial settings for the PID controller:  P= 45000, I= 40, D= 0, Proportionality= 10000. Enjoy!!!.

 NEW IN THIS VERSION:

- Now we can control the PWM rate in the second output of the controller also.

- A new “User sequence” feature has been added, See this post for more information.

- PWM rate going to the heating elements is visible in main screen. It is also recorded in the txt file generated for each soldering cycle. This helps a lot to find the correct PID settings.

- When running PID tests or PWM tests the values are recorded in the txt files, the files will be named PIDdate.txt or PWMdate.txt. Also the values during tests will be visible in the main screen graphs.
